We went here for evening meal the food was lovely I couldn't fault it. Atmosphere and service was good food was cooked fresh so it was a bit of wait for food to come through our tables. The desi tea was real nice.
I was visiting Alton Towers and wanted to have some Asian Cuisine afterwards. Searched for halal food near me and found this. Living in the UK for 19 years I can confidentially say this is the best Pakistani Restaurant I've ever had. The aroma and taste was unexplainable gave me a every authentic and homely feeling. The food was absolutely beautiful and fresh. The woman who served us whose name was soniya was extremely welcoming and friendly. The seating area and atmosphere was very cosy and perfect for families. Loved everuthing about this place. A big heads up to the chef for creating such divine beauty.
An Authentic Experience with Excellent Service! We had a fantastic experience at Desi Moments Karahi House! The Chicken Karahi and Grill Platter were absolutely spot-on—bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Easily one of the best desi meals we’ve had in the area. A special shoutout to Raman and Sonya (apologies if I got the names slightly wrong!) for their warm and attentive service. Despite facing some rude and disrespectful behavior from a nearby table, Raman and Sonya handled it with nothing but grace and professionalism—smiling through and keeping their composure throughout. That kind of dignity and customer service deserves to be recognised. We'll definitely be back soon—great food, great people, and a real taste with unmatched hospitality!
After our Alton towers trip, we were really craving for Pakistani/Indian food. This restaurant was closest to the station so we decided to give it a go without really checking out more details on the restaurant. I really expected to be a small average restaurant, but boy I was totally wrong! This was a huge restaurant with decent decor and the staff were absolutely lovely. The two Indian female waitress were really helpful and charming. We ordered Karachi chicken and Karachi lamb, it was served in an actual Karahu and the food reminded me of India. The food was absolutely amazing!! It was perfect and flawless! So much better than Indian/pakistani food in Leeds and London. The portions were also huge! We were two guys and we have a huge appetite. We couldn’t finish the two dishes! If I ever go back to Alton towers, I’ll be definitely visiting this restaurant for dinner ! Thank you so much for good service and super tasty food!!
Being from London cane to Alton Towers needed a Halal place. This is a absolutely gem of a place. Pakistani Run. Seating was nice and beautiful decor. Staff is nice and caring. Food was spot on. Portions were big. Even the lassi jug was huge compared to London. Definitely give them a try. We even had some chops to take away. The chik karai was proper back home flavours and the chik biryani was very full in taste. Will definitely be visiting again.

Went here last week after Alton towers with the family, there was 9 of us all together and staff were absolutely amazing! Food was even better, couldn’t fault a single thing the name speaks for itself best desi restaurant I’ve been to hands down can’t wait to come back.
